Missions Conference 2013

Our Missions Conference took place on Saturday, March 16th from 8:30am -1pm right here at SDPC. We enjoyed breakfast at 8:30am followed by a presentation from our guest speaker Pastor Richard.  Children got to experience their own "missions conference" and learn all about Italy from our guest missionary who serves in Italy.

Missions Conference 2011

"Judea, Samaria, and the Ends of the Earth"...

The theme of our Missions Conference was "Missions, The Heartbeat of God"
To kick-off the conference, we had an international dinner where Elisabeth Cary shared with us about her visit to our sister church in Ceska Trebova while she was at school in the UK.

"Passports" were provided to pray through the week for each of the missionaries we support.

Then, on Saturday, Feb. 6, we gathered at the church for a light breakfast, followed by Skype calls to some of our missionaries. We then had two sessions by one of our missionaries to Belgium, and a Children's conference was offered during this time.

We then had lunch while we heard a report from David Short and Bryan Erdmann who will had just returned from their fact-finding, planning trip to Haiti.
